Sharon Martin, DSW, LCSW


Sharon Martin, DSW, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist and codependency expert. She draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, and self-compassion to help people overcome codependency, perfectionism, and self-criticism so they can embrace their authentic selves and build happy, healthy relationships.
