Melissa Wheeler, Ph.D., is a senior lecturer at the Swinburne University of Technology in Australia. She teaches leadership, change management, and business ethics. Her research is in organisational ethics, moral decision-making, and female representation in leadership and through her contributions to the Human Research Ethics Committee and the Women’s Academic Network at Swinburne. Wheeler is a co-creator of the Australian Leadership Index and she is presently co-organising the second iteration of Gender and Sexuality at Work: A Research and Engagement Conference.
