Kathyann Kessler Overbeke, D.M., D.B.A., formerly taught at Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She is the founder of Generation Planning Strategies. Stacy Feiner, Psy.D., is an organizational psychologist. They both work with C-suite leadership. They have published papers in research journals, such as the Journal of Family Business Strategy and Frontiers in Psychology, as well as the popular press including Forbes Magazine and Crain's Business Journal.
